From humble beginnings since 1982 in a small shop in Charlottesville, VA, Gropen has evolved and grown to add services and capabilities to meet the expanding needs of our clients. In 2018 we moved into a new, state-of-the-art, 30,000 square foot facility in the foothills of Monticello. Specifically designed and built to house our entire operations, this new facility will provide capacity for continued growth and superior product for years to come.
Gropen’s turn-key services offer a dynamic option with a Project Management team to accommodate the needs of our clients at any phase of their project. The backgrounds of our Design team include Architectural, Industrial, and Graphic with a focus on experiential and museum quality. The Fabrication and Installation team are artisan craftsmen that understand the importance of precision and quality.
